Explore the Historical District, the High Wine District, Moss Avenue, and don’t forget Bradley University! Peoria Heights Downtown is only 1.5 miles away - between the 3 blocks of its offerings, you could spend all day there! Walk on Grandview AKA the World’s Most Beautiful Drive. Head over to Junction City Shopping Center and enjoy the Kellar Trail to walk, bike, or run. Another fun place that is close by would be the Peoria Zoo! There is interstate access within minutes from The Knolls and within 10 minutes, you can get to the Shoppes at Grand Prairie, Wildlife Prairie Park, and to the Greater Peoria Regional Airport.

Our neighborhood is more than just 242 properties within a 1 mile radius. It’s a community. Our HOA is incredibly active and we have fun. We have many neighbors who volunteer their time to plan activities and events all year round. From our Holiday Parade and Parties, Movie Night, Caroling through The Knolls, we love our traditions! We have over 35 volunteers who continue to make the neighborhood points and islands beautiful through their landscaping and gardening expertise. Neighbors take care of each other and enjoy being able to count on one another.
